Any condition not in accordance with our general terms and conditions that the customer has formulated will be rejected unless the seller has expressly and in writing acknowledged its applicability.
Price / Products
Some products require you to be of legal age; when purchasing this type of product, the customer must certify that they are 18 years or older and accept these general terms and conditions of sale. Furthermore, the customer takes full responsibility for the use of the purchased products.
Prices are shown in Euros, all taxes included.

If despite all our precautions, errors may have occurred, the seller cannot in any case be held liable for this. Except in the case of a warranty, any transaction between the seller and its customers, not contested within 3 weeks following receipt of the order, cannot give rise to a claim.
Product and price offers are valid as long as they are displayed on the Cbd-certified.com website, and while stocks last.
In case of product unavailability after placing the order, the customer will be informed by email or phone.
The seller will offer him the replacement of the unavailable ordered product with a similar product.
If not accepted, the order will be canceled; if the payment has already been received, the customer will be refunded within a maximum period of 15 days.

Delivery method
Your order will be delivered to the address you provided when placing your order.
The shipping cost will be automatically calculated and updated according to the delivery method, the item, and the delivery location selected in your cart.
The announced delivery times are the average times observed with recognized carriers such as La Poste, and we cannot be held responsible for any possible delay by the carrier compared to the announced times.
These deadlines start from the processing of your order by our logistics department, with any in-stock order placed and paid for before 12 p.m. being processed and shipped the same day.
In accordance with the Châtel law, the delivery deadline is 30 days after receipt of your payment.
Shipping and delivery of orders
All valid orders are prepared and shipped within 24 business hours following their validation (payment received). The shipped products are protected in recyclable packaging, suitable for their size, sturdy and discreet, with no indication of their contents.
When finalizing your order on our website, we will offer you, depending on the nature of the products in your cart and your delivery address, a choice among different delivery methods. Home delivery with signature is available for all products, and delivery to a Pickup Point is available for the vast majority of products offered on the site.
You can request to change the delivery address of your order only before it is shipped by sending an email from the email address used when placing your order to contact@cbd-certified.com, specifying the Name associated with the order, the order number, and the new delivery address to be considered. Any order already shipped (shipping confirmation email sent) cannot have its delivery address changed.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation of your order shipment, containing an online tracking link for your delivery, allowing you to track the real-time progress of your order to the specified delivery address.
Orders are delivered by recognized national carriers with online tracking. Depending on the nature of the ordered products and your delivery address, you will be delivered by Registered Letter (for Flowers and Resins) or Colissimo, DPD, or DHL (for all other products).
If you are absent when the delivery person arrives, the carrier will offer you, via the online tracking link, to reschedule the delivery or to pick up your package at a post office or a Relay Point of your choice near the scheduled delivery address.
Return Procedure
You have a legal period of up to 14 days from the delivery of the product(s) concerned to make a return request (exchange or refund request).
To make a return request (exchange or refund), please send an email to contact@cbd-certified.com indicating your name, your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the nature of your request for each product (exchange or refund).
You will receive, in response to your request and within a maximum of 72 hours, an email confirming the acceptance or refusal of your request, and if your request is accepted, a link in the email allowing you to print your return shipping label. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customers.
Return Acceptance Conditions
To be accepted, a return request must meet all of the following conditions:
- The return request must be complete (specifying the customer's name, the order number, the product(s) to be returned, and the nature of your request for each returned product (exchange or refund).
- The return request must be sent by email to contact@cbd-certified.com within a maximum period of 14 days from the delivery of the product(s) concerned by the return request.
- The returned product(s) must be complete, packed in their intact original packaging, and must not have been used or opened. A return request for a product that has been used or opened will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Information related to transportation
Delivery will be carried out by our carriers, in the delivery areas accepted by the CBD-Certified.com site.
Delivery is made by directly handing over the product to the designated recipient, or, in case of absence, to another person authorized by the customer.
For reasons of availability, an order may be delivered to the customer in multiple shipments. The customer then only pays for one delivery. If the customer wishes to be delivered to two different delivery locations, they must place two orders, with the associated delivery fees.
The following are considered cases of force majeure releasing the seller from their obligation to deliver: war, riot, fire, strikes, bad weather, accidents, inability to be supplied, and all other natural disasters even if the conditions of unpredictability and externality are not met.
Transfer of ownership
The transfer of ownership of the goods to the customer is suspended until full payment of the price.
In the case of deferred payment, CBD-Certified.com will retain ownership of the goods until full payment is made under the contractually established conditions, even in the event of collective proceedings initiated against the client, in accordance with articles L.621-122 and following of the commercial code.
Delivery conditions
The deadlines indicated on the website and in the general terms and conditions of sale are average deadlines.
Delivery delays cannot give rise to damages, withholding, or cancellation of current orders.
However, if after the delivery deadline the product has not been delivered, for any reason other than a force majeure case described in the paragraph "Information related to transport", the sale may be canceled, at the customer's request and within a period of 60 days, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
The seller will then refund the payment to the customer excluding any other compensation or damages.
The seller reserves the right to cancel an order in case of excessive difficulties for the carrier to make the delivery.
Delivery is considered completed on the date of first presentation of the order at the address indicated on the order form.
Upon delivery, the customer must ensure that the products have not been damaged during transport.
If the customer notices an apparent anomaly, they can either accept or refuse the products.
In both cases, he must report the said apparent anomalies on the carrier's delivery note and within three working days by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the carrier, and send a copy to SEREMINE SAS, 17 rue Jean Perrin, 17000 La Rochelle (France).
In case of delivery by postal services, the same precautions apply. If an anomaly is observed, an anomaly report must be completed by the customer.
If the products have been accepted, the customer may contact our services to arrange a return of the product according to the procedure described in the article below "satisfied or refunded."
Copies of the annotated delivery note, the letter addressed to the carrier, and/or the anomaly report must be attached with the returned product(s).
If the products are refused, the customer must ask the carrier to return the products to the seller.
Copies of the annotated delivery note, the letter addressed to the carrier, and/or the anomaly report must be sent simultaneously to Francedefense.fr by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt.
Satisfied or refunded
The customer has a period of 14 days from the receipt of the order to submit a withdrawal request by email to the address contact @ cbd-certified.com.
If your return is accepted, the refund for your items will be made no later than 14 days after receiving the returned product (to which any interbank delays, ranging from 3 to 7 days, must be added).
An email is sent to you when your return has been recorded and the refund processed by our customer service.
In case of a request for exchange or refund, the customer returns the new item at their own expense in its original, intact packaging, accompanied by all possible accessories, user manuals, documentation, and purchase invoice.
The first step is to contact us in advance by email at contact @ cbd-certified.com to obtain a return authorization as well as the return address.
Attention, any item returned without contacting us beforehand will be systematically refused.
If the item is returned opened, incomplete, or damaged to CBD-Certified.com, a price reduction will be applied based on the assessment carried out by the customer service department.
CBD-Certified.com will justify to the customer the application of this discount by providing a document prepared by its after-sales service.
In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, we commit to refunding your order or exchanging the products that do not correspond to your order (defective or non-compliant).
In case of a refund request, the refund will be made, according to your initial payment method, by bank transfer, check, or crediting your bank card, as soon as the diagnosis by our after-sales service has been completed.
Guarantee
Information regarding the contractual warranty is presented on each product sheet in the catalog.
In any case, the customer benefits from the legal guarantee against eviction and hidden defects (art. 1625 and following of the Civil Code).
The warranties do not cover:
- the replacement of consumable parts and the related accessory failures,
- failures caused by parts not compliant with those recommended by the brand's after-sales service
Also excluded are defects and their consequences due to:
- intervention by a repairer not authorized by the brand
- for non-compliance with the instructions indicated in the user and maintenance manuals
- to any handling error as well as lack of maintenance of the device to use not in accordance with the intended use of the product, and in particular use for professional or collective purposes. (except pro and semi-pro range) to any cause of external origin.
In case of a warranty activation request, the buyer must contact the customer service of the concerned brand directly.
However, the buyer can also contact us by email at contact @ cbd-certified.com for any technical issues or additional information requests, as the Customer Service of Cbd-certified.com is in direct and ongoing contact with the consumer services of the brands and suppliers offered on this site.
To be able to activate the warranty or the extended warranty, it is imperative that the buyer has kept the original packaging of the product as well as the invoice constituting proof of purchase of the product.

The language of this contract is French.
Except for natural persons for whom the competent courts will be determined by the provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure, in case of dispute, the commercial court shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
This allocation of jurisdiction will also apply in the case of multiple defendants or third-party claims.
