Sign in with Google

When you choose to create an account or log in to CBD Certified using your Google account, Google may transmit certain information associated with your Google account to us, including your name, email address, and profile picture.

This data is used solely to create or identify your customer account, authenticate you, and secure access to your account on CBD Certified.

Data received from Google may be recorded and retained as part of the management of your customer account for the period necessary to provide our services and in accordance with the retention periods described in this privacy policy.

CBD Certified does not sell data obtained through Google and does not use it for targeted advertising. It is disclosed only to the technical service providers necessary for the operation, hosting, and security of our service, where necessary and in accordance with this privacy policy.

You can withdraw the access granted to CBD Certified at any time from your Google account settings. You can also request the deletion of your CBD Certified account and the personal data associated with it, subject to data that we are legally required to retain.

Log in with Facebook

We offer our customers the option to log in to their customer account using their Facebook account.

When you choose the “Log in with Facebook” option, you are redirected to the Facebook authentication service provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. Following your authorization, Facebook may transmit certain information necessary to identify and authenticate you, including your email address, name, and an identifier associated with your Facebook account, depending on the information and permissions actually provided by Facebook.

This data is used solely to authenticate you, create or link your customer account, facilitate your login, and secure access to your account.

We do not use Facebook Login to publish content on your Facebook profile, nor do we access your posts, private messages, friends list, or other information in your Facebook account that is not necessary for the authentication service to function.

The use of Facebook Login also involves the processing of certain data directly by Meta. This processing is carried out in accordance with Meta’s terms and privacy policy.

You can manage or remove the link between Facebook and our service at any time from your Facebook account settings, under the section relating to apps and websites.

• Deletion of data related to Facebook

You may request at any time the deletion of the personal data we have received and retained in connection with your use of the “Log in with Facebook” feature.

After verifying your request, we will delete the relevant data whose retention is no longer necessary, subject to data that we are legally required to retain, including to comply with our accounting, tax, contractual, or regulatory obligations.

The deletion of data held directly by Meta must be carried out with Meta or through your Facebook account settings.

• Disabling Facebook Login

You may also withdraw the authorization granted to our application directly from your Facebook account. Removing this authorization will prevent the future use of Facebook to authenticate you with our store, but will not necessarily result in the deletion of your customer account or the data we need to retain for other legitimate or legal purposes.

Children’s data

The Services are not intended for use by children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information concerning children who have not reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
