Log in with Facebook

We offer our customers the option of logging in to their customer account using their Facebook account.

When you choose the “Log in with Facebook” option, you are redirected to the Facebook authentication service, provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. After you grant authorization, Facebook may transmit certain information necessary to identify and authenticate you, including your email address, name, and an identifier associated with your Facebook account, depending on the information and permissions actually provided by Facebook.

These data are used solely to authenticate you, create or link your customer account, facilitate your login, and secure access to your account.

We do not use Facebook Login to publish content on your Facebook profile, nor do we access your posts, private messages, friends list, or other information from your Facebook account that is not necessary for the authentication service to function.

Using Facebook Login also involves the processing of certain data directly by Meta. This processing is carried out in accordance with Meta’s terms and privacy policy.

You can manage or remove the link between Facebook and our service at any time from your Facebook account settings, under the section relating to apps and websites.

• Deletion of Facebook-related data

You may request the deletion of the personal data we have received and retained in connection with your use of the “Log in with Facebook” feature at any time.

To submit this request, contact us at service.clients@cbd-certified.com, stating the email address associated with your customer account and specifying that your request concerns the deletion of data related to Facebook Login.

After reviewing your request, we will delete the relevant data whose retention is no longer necessary, subject to any data we are legally required to retain, particularly to meet our accounting, tax, contractual, or regulatory obligations.

Data held directly by Meta must be deleted by contacting Meta or through your Facebook account settings.

• Disabling Facebook Login

You can also withdraw the authorization granted to our application directly from your Facebook account. Removing this authorization will prevent Facebook from being used in the future to authenticate you with our store, without necessarily resulting in the deletion of your customer account or data that we need to retain for other legitimate or legal purposes.
