Hemp Infusion for Winter
CBD hemp 28%, Ribwort Plantain, Fennel, Elderflowers, Lemon balm, Chamomile, Linden flowers, Ginger, Eucalyptus, Nettle, Thyme, Peppermint, Lavender.
All these ingredients come from organic farming.
Preparation
- Measure 1 to 2 teaspoons of the blend for a 25cl cup.
- Pour on water brought to the boil (between 90°C and 100°C).
- Leave to infuse for 7 to 10 minutes to let the plants release their aromas.
Preparation tip: as CBD is fat-soluble, we recommend adding a fat such as coconut oil or a splash of whole milk.
