Preparation

Dosage: 1 teaspoon per 25cl cup
Infusion time: 8 to 10 minutes
Water temperature: 90/100°
Recommended consumption: At any time of the day or in the evening, ideally twice a day.

Preparation advice: To fully benefit from the benefits of this relaxing infusion, we advise you to add a fatty substance such as coconut oil or a splash of whole milk.
