"Immunity" Oil, Shiitake + Maitake
For optimal use, take 1 to 2 pipettes (i.e. 1 to 2 ml) after dinner, about 30 minutes to 1 hour before going to bed. This amount corresponds to an equivalent dose of 400 to 800 mg of dried mushrooms, ensuring an effective and optimal effect.
