This blend combines a generous dose of hemp (28%) with lemon balm, linden flowers, chamomile, lemongrass and valerian, enhanced with lemon peel, ginger and cinnamon.

CBD hemp 28%, Lemongrass, Linden flowers, Chamomile, Lemon balm, Lemon peel, Ginger, Anise, Cinnamon sticks, Valerian, Sage, Clove, Turmeric, Lemon myrtle.
All these ingredients come from organic farming.
Preparation
- Dosage: 1 to 2 teaspoons per 25cl cup
- Infusion time: 9 to 10 minutes
- Water temperature: 90/100°
- Suggested use: At any time of day, ideally twice a day.
Preparation tip: as CBD is fat-soluble, we recommend adding a fat such as coconut oil or a splash of whole milk.
