How to prepare your cup properly?
Water temperature: Heat the water to between 90 and 100°C. Dosage: use 1 to 2 teaspoons of the blend per 25cl cup.
Infusion time: Leave to infuse for 8 to 10 minutes. This time is needed for the hemp and plants to release their aromas.
Tip: As CBD is fat-soluble, add a fat (a splash of whole milk, a knob of butter or a drop of coconut oil).
