CBD concentration?

The concentration of CBD is expressed as a percentage. The amount of CBD in the bottle is divided by its total capacity. For example, a CBD oil that contains 10ml of oil and 2000Mg (milligrams) of CBD has a concentration of 20%. Similarly, an oil that contains 30ml of oil for 4500Mg of CBD has a concentration of 15%. When choosing a CBD oil, this is an important criterion because the most concentrated oils are more economical per Mg of CBD.

Full ou Broad Spectrum ?

When we ask ourselves the question of which oil to choose, we must consider the question of spectrum (or Spectrum in English). Full Spectrum oils contain all the molecules present in hemp including a tiny amount of THC. Broad Spectrum oils contain all the cannabinoids found in hemp except THC. There are also oils with a CBD Isolate base that contain only the CBD.

Which Carrier Oil?

CBD oil is an extract of the hemp plant, purified then distilled and infused into a carrier oil that allows easy and rapid absorption of Cannabidiol (CBD) into the body to quickly release its properties. When wondering which oil to choose, you need to find out about carrier oil. The most commonly used carrier oils are:
- Hemp seed oil which gives a hemp taste, appreciated by lovers of hemp and herbaceous flavors, from the natural state of the plant.
- MCT oil , colorless and odorless, known for its physiological benefits. Essential oils are often combined with MCT oil to add flavors such as mint or citrus.
- Classic edible oils such as olive oil or hazelnut oil.

How to consume CBD oil?

CBD oil is generally consumed sublingually, that is to say, a few drops are put under the tongue and left for about a minute before swallowing. It then takes around 15 to 30 minutes to feel the potential benefits.

Also, it is consumed by digestive route (in food or in a glass), to feel the effects more gradually and lastingly. There is no recommended dosage that would suit everyone. You can start with moderate dosages and concentrations (3/4 drops, 2 to 3 times a day with a concentration of 5 or 10%) then increase gradually if you feel the need.

You can also choose to add the oil to a hot drink or salad dressing. In this case, the oil is absorbed via the digestive system and the effects are felt 1 hour to 2 hours after consumption.

What are the potential benefits of CBD oil?

CBD is a fat-soluble molecule, which means that it is stored in fat. The oil is therefore an excellent support for easily assimilating Cannabidiol by our body.

French legislation does not allow us to make therapeutic claims about CBD. We can therefore only talk about potential benefits that have been observed in studies carried out abroad.

CBD would have benefits and could relieve minor muscle and joint pain in particular. It would also be effective in preventing sports-related pain and would limit aches.

It is often for its potential virtues that we adopt CBD oil. It would reduce anxiety and calm nervousness to provide a feeling of serenity day and night. Some of our oils address specific needs that can help you if you are wondering which CBD oil to choose.

Who can consume CBD oil?

Cannabidiol oil could benefit almost everyone. However, it is not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women and for minors. Here is a non-exhaustive list of categories of people who could benefit from it:

CBD oil is made from a thick, potent oil made from the separation of the CBD molecule from the plant material. This viscous oil has a very high concentration of CBD and other cannabinoids. It is then diluted using carrier oils such as hemp seed oil, MCT oil (Medium Chain Triglycerides in French) or even olive oil.

Choice of CBD oil in Pipette or Spray

Our selection of oils consists of classic products that we will find in a small vial with a pipette to administer the drops. We also offer oils available in spray , a format that allows for quick and measured administration.

What flavor to choose for your CBD Oil

We also offer oils with various flavors for our customers who do not appreciate the natural taste of hemp. This is an important factor in choosing your CBD oil. Some oils have natural flavors of citrus, apple and mint. Others benefit from combinations with organic essential oils with natural benefits to promote relaxation, digestion and sleep or help strengthen our natural defenses .

Ideal for sleeping better, the oils we offer are Full or Broad Spectrum oils which retain the entourage effect with flavonoids and terpenes from hemp. We do not offer oils made from CBD isolate which we consider less effective because they are less close to the natural state of the plant.

Although we cannot talk about therapeutic claims in France, the benefits linked to the consumption of CBD oil are mentioned in numerous scientific studies (WHO study in 2018 for example) (Relaxation, reduction of anxiety , improvement of sleep, insomnia, regulation of the immune system, etc.). We have ourselves tested the products on sale here and can attest to the benefits felt.
