Dosage of CBD oil

We advise starting with low doses and concentrations, for example 2 to 3 drops of 5% CBD oil 3 to 4 times a day. Gradually and if necessary, you can increase both the concentration and quantity of the supplemented oil.

The oil will be most effective if the person consumes it 30 minutes before a meal, dropping it under the tongue without swallowing it for one to two minutes. In case a person is very disturbed by this form of application, CBD oil can also be added to a meal, preferably by mixing it with another fat, which promotes its action on the body.
