CBD (or Cannabidiol) is a natural plant substance found in hemp (or Cannabis Sativa L), belonging to the family of Cannabinoid molecules. According to various recent scientific studies (such as the study conducted by the WHO in 2018), Cannabidiol or CBD has many promising properties for medical research (pain reduction, anxiety decrease, cancer risk reduction, mood improvement, immune system support, metabolism balance, sleep disorder reduction, depression decrease, arthritis prevention, and treatment of certain skin diseases). These results deserve to be confirmed, and many researchers and laboratories continue to explore this still little-known molecule in France to better understand it and exploit its properties. The studies also mention some side effects following CBD consumption, admittedly marginal and mild but real in some subjects, such as low blood pressure, fatigue, dry mouth, and slowed motor functions.

According to numerous laboratory studies, CBD is believed to have beneficial health properties. However, current French legislation prohibits attributing therapeutic virtues to the CBD molecule, which is not considered a medication. Broad Spectrum

CBD oils called Broad Spectrum are composed only of raw CBD oil extract and contain a large number of cannabinoids such as CBD, CBDa, CBG, CBN, CBC. The Spectrum can also be expanded through the decarboxylation process of the oil, possible after the extraction of the raw oil. Decarboxylation involves heating the raw CBD oil extract at a low temperature to make it more “bioavailable.” Reheating the active components present in the oil (cannabinoids, terpenes, flavonoids) makes them more easily absorbable by the body; the heat will also transform some molecules that remained inactive into additional active components. Broad Spectrum CBD Oils contain 0% THC.

Full Spectrum

CBD oils called Full Spectrum are made up of all the molecules naturally present in hemp. Thus, all the cannabinoid molecules, CBD but also CBDa, CBV, CBG, CBN, CBC as well as terpenes and flavonoids are present in Full Spectrum oils. Full Spectrum CBD Oils available in France and the European Union must contain, to be compliant, an insignificant percentage of THC less than 0.2%.

Store your products in a dry place, at room temperature, away from direct light (in a drawer, cupboard, or bag, for example), and in their original closed packaging.

Raw products (flowers, resins, rocks) must follow the same advice, and always be stored in their original bag tightly sealed or any other container suitable for the volume of the product, ideally glass or metal, tightly sealed to prevent the product from drying out quickly when exposed to air.

We deliver orders through our Colissimo and DHL carrier partners throughout Metropolitan France, Corsica and Overseas Departments and Territories, and throughout the European Union (except Slovakia), in Switzerland and the United Kingdom (UK). The usual delivery times are 2 to 4 days in Europe and 5 to 8 days in the Overseas Departments and Territories.

Return Procedure

You have a maximum period of 14 days from the delivery of the product concerned to make a return request (exchange or refund).

To make a return request (exchange or refund), please write to us at the address contact@cbd-certified.com by indicating your name, your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the nature of your request for each product (exchange or refund).

You will then receive an email within a maximum of 72 hours confirming the acceptance or refusal of your request. If your request is accepted, a link allowing you to print your return shipping label will be included in the email. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customers, except in the case of an order delivered not in compliance.

Return Acceptance Conditions

To be accepted, a return request must meet all of the following conditions:

- The return request must be complete (specifying the customer's name, the order number, the product(s) to be returned, and the nature of your request for each returned product (exchange or refund).
- The return request must be sent by email to contact@cbd-certified.com within a maximum period of 14 days from the delivery of the product(s) concerned.
- Returned products must be complete, packed in their original intact packaging, and must not have been used or opened. A return request for a product that has been used or opened will not be accepted under any circumstances.
